ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NEW?

Our products are vintage & pre loved items, unless stated otherwise. 

Vintage items may show signs of wear & fading as some of the items may be up to 30 years. Any significant or major flaws will  be noted in our descriptions or photos. Any questions please shoot us an email via back2backszn@gmail.com or via our  instagram back2.backszn.

CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO MY ORDER?

Yes you can add another item to your order after you placed an order ( Only if your original order has not be shipped). You will need to contact us within 5 hours of the original order. You will need to place another order and we will be happy to waive the shipping cost for that order.

I ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS

Please contact us immediately via email with your order# and correct address. We generally process your order within 1-2 days business hours. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes. If your parcel is returned to us due to wrong address provided you will need to cover the shipping costs again in order for us to send your order out to the correct address.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

As a general rule we process and prepare your order for shipment 1-2 business days. You will be notify via email if this process takes longer. Shipping times will be dependant on your location and your selected method of shipping standard or e press. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

You will receive email confirmation with you order details and tracking information.This enables you to follow the status of your delivery via Australia Post website. If you require further information please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact us via email or Instagram.
